Lebanon's president condemns Israeli aggression, urges international intervention

Lebanese President Joseph Aoun has strongly condemned the Israeli regime's renewed acts of aggression, calling on the international community to intervene and halt the repeated violations that threaten regional security and stability.

Hawzah News Agency- In a statement, President Aoun described the brutal attacks as recognizing no right and respecting no agreement or commitment, adding that they have repeatedly proven the regime's disregard for all international laws and norms.

"Throughout fifteen months of the ceasefire agreement, we have witnessed a volume of violations and breaches carried out without any hindrance," the Lebanese president said.

He further noted that the Israeli regime is once again escalating its aggression, committing new massacres that add to its dark record, in a clear challenge to all humanitarian values and in disregard of all efforts aimed at achieving calm and stability.

President Aoun stressed that this dangerous escalation holds the Israeli regime fully responsible for its consequences. He emphasized that the continuation of such aggressive policies will only lead to further tension and instability at a time when all parties need peace and respect for commitments more than ever before.

Condemning the crime in the strongest terms, the Lebanese president underscored the necessity for the international community to assume its responsibility to stop these repeated aggressions and put an end to this expansionist approach that threatens the security and stability of the region.
